Nestled in the Blackdown Hills, the farm enjoys splendid views across the Otter Valley- off the beaten track yet accessible. Enjoy walks through 150 acres of meadows and ancient woodland from your doorstep. We are 3 miles from the market town of Honiton and the main A30 road and Exeter is a 25-minute drive away.

The farm also offers lots of walks and places to explore and we adjoin two fascinating sites, which can be accessed directly from the farm: the National Trust’s Dumpdon Hill Iron Age fort and ‘The Rough’ a 10 acre nature reserve run by the Devon Wildlife Trust.
